Have you been working out lately but still haven’t been losing weight ?
The truth is working out or exercising only won’t work if you are not eating right ! It won’t matter how much time and hard work you put into your workout if you are not dieting right. The reason being is that to lose weight, you need to be in a state called caloric deficit, meaning you’re eating less Calories then what your body needs = burning more calories than what you take. Now don’t get me wrong, working out is a great way to burn fat, but it will only work if you are eating right. To simply put it, working out + a good diet = the body of your dream. There are many more ways to tackle the topic on losing fat. I would recommend youtube for you to do more research. So here’s a key word you can use “intermittent fasting” all though its not for everyone but to me personally its one of the best way to burn fat.
