Okay, So You Have Gems — What Should You Actually Spend Them On?
This is my probably-unpopular opinion: save for the Ultimate/Player Draft packs, NOT the daily “Legend Chances” chest. The Draft ones give you enough guaranteed rares to build a squad, and they only roll around every few weeks. I spent 2k gems on the “lucky” pack thinking I’d get Messi-Ultra. I got three goalkeepers named Igor and enough disappointment to last a lifetime. Learn from meeeeee.
My go-to rotation: one Limited Event pack when it shows up, one draft entry, and if I have spare change, upgrade storage so I can hoard more free cards. Cosmetics? Nah. I’ll look terrible but win.
