Working principle of steam retort

The steam retort mainly generates steam by heating water, and uses the high temperature and high pressure of steam to kill microorganisms in objects. During the work process, first place the items that need to be sterilized into the sterilization kettle, close the kettle door and seal it. Then, the water is heated to a certain temperature through a heating system, generating steam and gradually increasing the pressure inside the sterilization kettle. After reaching the set temperature and pressure, maintain it for a certain period of time to ensure that microorganisms are completely killed. Finally, the temperature and pressure inside the sterilization kettle are reduced through the cooling system, and the sterilized items are removed by opening the kettle door.
